The Harmony Collection focused on exploring outside of the box flavors including rich cocoa, arabica, honey orchard, and vibrant oak across the previous releases. Through cask selection using a combination of sherry seasoned American oak and ex-bourbon casks, the Macallan team has drawn forward a nuanced coconut character that is seldom found in the distillery's iconic portfolio.
