It's a lesser known varietal that's a hybrid of Riesling and Schiava Grossa with the best qualities of both grapes, and named after a writer who penned a lot of poetry about (what else) wine!\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWith a beautiful palate of melon, apple and delicate pear and a fresh zip of citrus, it's balanced by a lovely minerality on the finish. This wine could not be more perfect for pairing with a summer salad or a roast chicken but it would also shine on its own.
